| Ok, I skimmed through most of what you said and you appear to have a valid argument. TQ does allow the ability for "minors" to gamble with real money. 18 years old is not the legal age for gambling in the United States, so technically they are minors for this law.
2nd off, in TQ's EULA they state they are held to the full extent of California's Laws. It does not matter where the servers are located. They are held up to the standards of the United States through the State of California, and this means no gambling is allowed for anyone under the age of 21.
I would pursue this further without notifying TQ. Possibly the BBB, may be able to provide an appropriate lawyer, or some other company similar to that. If you can appropriate such a lawyer, knowledgable in online business codes and laws, then you may be able to form a case with them.
Crushing TQ for fun, MasterFletch

| True, u gotta b 21 to walk into a casino and play, but u can be 18 to do things such as state lottery. i guess u gotta figure out what the in game lotto would b considered, a casino, or somthing like a state lottery. This would be a good time to get a lawyer, who knew this kinda shit, invovled. | |

| it defenitly needs to be defined, but even if its only a lottery and 18 year olds can play it, they are still in violation by not posting any odds. If you skim the california state law text i referenced, it clearly states that any gambling game needs to post odds. and like i said before, telling tq dont hardly matter, the crime, if it is one, has already been commited. | |

Crushing TQ for fun, MasterFletch Lol the law applies to where the servers are located, not where they're accessed. Second its not legally considered gambling because of the fact that there is no endorsed way(by TQ) of gaining more (or even the same) amount of money that was spent to "gamble". Its similar to buying those "surprise" candy bags that sometimes have more then a dollars worth of candy and sometimes have less.

| srry jon, imma stick to my gunns on this one, we have yet to proove accusatios that TQ is running an illegal gambling house, but this seems too grey to me, there is defintly soemthing wrong. Besides all of the points you bring to the table about how its legal come with no real support, it seems to me to be an actual lotto, aside from the fact that it is advertised as lottery and defined as such on the website, AND that the website clearly explains that to play, u need to spend cp wich you get from the website, in either 430cp or 1075cp amounts (posted directly on the site) So allow me to clarify, go to the website, buy 430cp or 1075 cp and then login and spend 27 cp to enter lotto and win prizes wich have predetermined value in cp (mets = 13 cp/exp balls = 27 cp and so on), no age varification(i get carded buying lotto from the state all the time) and no posted odds. lottery is illegal in california except when run by the state and must have posted odds, read more about that HERE and if thats the case, then TQ should be convicted of running an illegal gambling house unless they can produce some sort of casino liscense. . .whats so hard to understand, the only valid argument for TQ so far that i have heard is that in the TermsOfAgreement TQ states that you dont ever actually own anything. . .still a lotto as far is i can understand. . .read about the law, and compare the scenarios to see just how easily TQ seems to be breaking it exactly as stated, and stop calling lotto something other than lotto, its not advertised suprise bag, or whatever else you think it can be called, and if its not a damn lotto then TQ should atleats be forced to call it The crappy odds that we dont even post room that we will gladly take your money to let you in and give you items you dont own formerly known as lotto | |
